SWFC manages all meeting locations for the conference.
The hotel cannot assist with meeting site locations.

- Conversion room [$499+tax ($582.59) per day] payable to the Omni Hotel (SOLD OUT)
- Regular hotel sleeping room with the bed removed and a round table and eight chairs added.
- All on the 5th & 6th floor of the Omni
- Must be reserved for four nights (check-in on Sunday 7/14 @ 4pm; check-out on Thursday 7/18 @ 12n)
- Trade Show Booths ($1,750 total for three days) payable to the SWFC (SOLD OUT)
- 10’x10’ exhibit space (pipe & drape) built in the Omni Hotel ballroom
- Tables and chairs, electricity, internet & refreshments provided
- Available on Monday 7/15 @8am thru Wednesday 7/17 @5pm
- Reserved Tables ($500 table for three days) payable to the SWFC (SOLD OUT)
- Round table with six chairs in the hotel meeting rooms and foyers
- Includes internet and refreshments
