2026 Southwestern Fertilizer Conference

SWFC manages all meeting locations for the conference.
The hotel cannot assist with meeting site locations.
Use this site to reserve:
- Conversion room [$340 per night + $500 one time charge, plus tax] payable to the Hyatt Regency Hotel
- Regular hotel sleeping room with the bed removed and a round table and six chairs added.
- All on the 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th floor of the North Tower at the Hyatt Regency Hotel
- Must be reserved for four nights (check-in on Sunday 7/12 @ 4pm; check-out on Thursday 7/16 @ 11am)
- Display Tables ($1,500 total for three days) payable to the SWFC
- 6’x30” rectangular table and two chairs around the perimeter of the Elite Hall in the Hyatt Regency
- Includes internet and refreshments
- Available on Monday 7/13 @ 8am thru Wednesday 7/15 @ 5pm
- Reserved Tables ($750 table for three days) payable to the SWFC
- Round table with six chairs in Elite Hall in the Hyatt Regency
- Includes internet and refreshments
- Available on Monday 7/13 @ 8am thru Wednesday 7/15 @ 5pm
- First-come, first-served tables will be available in Storyville Hall (no charge)
